Objectives:
1. Identify the potential burden and challenges of dysphagia for patients and health care systems
2. Describe how fluoroscopy is used to assess swallow mechanics in patients with oral-pharyngeal dysphagia
3. Verbalize how information from the fluoroscopy study is used to help determine dietary strategies
4. Describe how diets can be modified to reduce the risk for aspiration
