Don't Eat (Uncooked) Poop: Food Safety from Farm-to-Fork
The NC Dietetic Association and NC School Health Nutrition Network
will offer a Webinar on Friday, January 20, 2012, 12 -1 PM. The
participants will be able to identify and discuss the following: burden
of foodborne illness within the US, most common sources and
risk-reduction practices, emerging food safety issues (such as low
moisture foods, cross-contamination and fresh produce safety), and
strategies to compel clients to reduce risk.
