The Center for Mindful Eating

The Center for Mindful Eating does provide free CE credits for its members.  Currently, they are having an introductory membership fee of $40 from $60.00.

Description: In this 50-minute discussion, Donald will discuss how to deepen one's mindfulness practice through understanding the 4 keys of mindfulness--mind, body, spirit, and relationships--which  are the subject of his new book, The Mindfulness Code. 
Objectives: The participant will learn how intention, centering, attention, and present moment focus are central to any mindfulness practice; the particpant will explore how to deepen her or his own practice, and also discover four unique keys, or avenues, through which mindfulness can be experienced.
